I know working in metro cities how much you can get tired after coming from office and when you are bachelor or staying away from Home there is no other option but ordering food from outside.You look at utensils and say no to cooking as it will in involve lot of effort. But with my One Pot Meal recipes you can get healthy food with in no time and your body will thanks to you for feeding healthy food.
so here we go

Ingredients :

Rice Half a bowl
Any daal half a bowl
Mixed vegetables you can add
Bottle gourd
one small onion chopped
one tomato chopped
Garlic 4 cloves
Chopped Ginger 1 inch
Green chilly chopped
one tea spoon Zeera or cumin
salt to taste
Turmeric powder
Red chilly powder
Coriander Powder
4 cups of water
curry leaves and whole red chillies
Mustered seeds

one spoon olive oil for cooking

cooking method:

In One table spoon olive oil add cumin seeds and mustered seeds now after the splutter you can add curry leaves if you want . Now add all vegetables after washing them thoroughly. then add rice and daal . add salt , turmeric , coriander powder , red chilly powder and little sambhar masala (optional) add 4 cups of water and give them at least 4 whistles in the pressure cooker. add fresh coriander leaves to garnish and to enhance taste. you can use various vegetable according to availability and your choice. Try using various daals for change of taste . you can eat it any time like lunch or dinner and you can it eat with healthy yoghurt , any pickle or chutneys and papad.
